Information for Creditors of Group Resources

Group Resources Acquisitions LLC, Group Resources of Iowa LLC, Group Resources Incorporated, and Employee Benefit Concepts Inc. (collectively, the “Bankrupt Companies”) have filed a Joint Plan of Liquidation (as amended, the “Plan of Reorganization”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division (the “Bankruptcy Court”), in their jointly administered Chapter 11 cases under lead Case No. 24-59671-SMS (collectively, the “Bankruptcy Cases”). 

The Plan of Reorganization contemplates the Bankrupt Companies providing certain additional documents and information to creditors and parties in interest in conjunction with the Plan of Reorganization. Those documents include:

1. Estate Trust Agreement
2. Private Actions Trust Agreement
3. Trustee Services Agreement (collectively, the “Trust Agreements”)

The Bankruptcy Court previously approved a Disclosure Statement in connection with the Plan of Reorganization, and a copy of the Disclosure Statement has been mailed to all creditors and parties in interest. The information provided on this website should be evaluated in conjunction with the Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement and is not a separate solicitation apart from those documents. 

The Bankrupt Companies reserve the right to amend or modify the Trust Agreements in compliance with the terms of the Plan of Reorganization and any orders entered by the Bankruptcy Court.
